events, holidays, or peak times, earlier booking is advisable. For last-minute requests, please

What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust
accordingly at
no extra charge. We provide a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60
minutes for
international flights.
What is included in the price?
Our quoted prices include the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, taxes, tolls (within city limits),
and
standard gratuity. Additional charges may apply for extra stops not included in the original
booking,
excessive waiting time, or special requests.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes, you can request a specific vehicle from our fleet. While we make every effort to accommodate
your
preference, availability depends on your booking date and time. We recommend booking early to
increase the
chances of getting your preferred vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a
full
refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. For special events and peak seasons,
different
cancellation policies may apply.
